A leader in the fitness industry for over 20 years, Rich has managed some of the country's finest health clubs in North Carolina, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Rich’s operational success stemmed from his ability to build relationships with his team while teaching them to convey a caring and compassionate approach to their members. His management has resulted in record revenues and increased retention for all of the clubs he has touched. Rich has written numerous articles on retention and customer service and is in demand as a public speaker. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Health/Fitness Management from American University.
Jack Woerner
Chief Financial Officer & Director of Strategic Alliances
Prior to joining Retention Management, Mr. Woerner worked with Accenture, a major technology and outsourcing consultant group, in a “Value Creation” role. In that capacity, he managed alliance relationships and account management leadership plans. During his extensive career, Mr. Woerner helped organizations in transition and emerging growth situations. Working as an acting executive CEO, COO and CFO, he utilized strategic management expertise to make companies successful. Mr. Woerner has run a variety of entities from “start-ups” to a major motel franchise company.
Jon Nasta
Managing Director for Retention Management (UK)
Jon is an honours graduate in Sport Science who after cutting his teeth as a sales manager for Pitney Bowes began working in the fitness industry for Nautilus. After heading the Education sector for Powersport International, Jon worked his way to become Commercial Director for Johnson Health Tech in the U.K and is credited by many for finally putting the Matrix brand on the map in the U.K.
Christopher Werte
Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning
Chris brings a diverse background to his job. Before joining the team, he was a Vice President of Marketing for a Fortune 500 company for 10 years. His experience includes public relations, advertising, direct mail and brand awareness marketing. Chris also has a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law.
